Philadelphia concert venues

Philadelphia is the sixth most populous city in the country and Pennsylvania’s largest city. Its most famous monikers include ‘The City of Brotherly Love, ‘The New Athens,’ ‘The City of Many Firsts, ‘The Birthplace of American Independence,’ among a few. The famous Philly Cheesesteak was invented in South Philly and the Philadelphia Phillies, Flyers, Sixers and Eagles call this city their hometown. The Pennsylvania Railroad (fondly called ‘Pennsy’ by those in the know) was once the world’s largest railroad company and its spirit is alive today through the Amtrak. Philly was the nation’s first capital and today its concert scene is one of the most vibrant in America.

Philadelphia concerts feature both local and international artists and entertainers. These events are held in the city’s key concert halls and venues. This year Philadelphia plays host to local and international acts such as Good Charlotte, Jeff Dunham, Travis McCoy, Queens of the Stone Age, Deftones, Lil Wayne, Kenny Chesney & Zach Brown, Adele, Katy Perry, Keith Urban, Rihanna & C Lo, Josh Groban, and Taylor Swift, among others. Music legends such as Elton John and U2 will also be visiting Philly and taking the city by storm with their award-winning performances.

Philadelphia has enough world-class entertainment halls and venues as much as dining, shopping and lodging options. The Trocadero, Tower Theatre, Wells Fargo Center, Lincoln Financial Field, Electric Factory, and Theatre of the Living Arts are just some of the spacious concert locations that have massive seating capacities and state-of-the-art entertainment equipment. These venues also provide a location for festivals and other events.

The city is determined to promote its music and entertainment scene. Philadelphia Concert Tickets, for one, is an independent website featuring information on Philadelphia concerts tickets and event schedules. It is, however, not affiliated with any Philadelphia Concert website (official or otherwise), Philadelphia Concert box office or any Philadelphia Concert sponsors, partners or fan clubs/sites.
